Hi, I’m Anna — a recent college graduate with a background in art history and graphic design, and a lifelong passion for visual storytelling. I’ve been taking photographs for as long as I can remember, inspired by the rhythm of city life, quiet moments in nature, and the people who shape our world. Alongside photography, I create digital art and graphic design that reflect my eye for composition, color, and meaning.
I'm especially passionate about using design to enhance a brand’s mission and create promotional marketing materials with intention and impact. This website showcases a portfolio of selected works — from academic and professional projects to personal creative explorations — all rooted in a thoughtful approach to visual communication.
I grew up in Washington, D.C., immersed in a vibrant, diverse cultural scene. My love for visual art was sparked by frequent visits to museums like The Phillips Collection, the National Gallery, and the Smithsonian. I also explored music early on, playing flute and piano, and singing with the Children’s Chorus of Washington.
At 14, my family moved to Seattle, where I attended Holy Names Academy. I continued studying music and discovered my passion for art history through an AP Art History class in my junior year - a moment that shaped my future path.
I went on to major in Art History, later adding minors in Graphic Design and Premodern Studies to deepen both my creative and academic interests. A semester abroad in Rome brought my studies to life, offering daily encounters with the art and architecture I had long admired. I was honored to be inducted into Alpha Sigma Nu and Alpha Delta Gamma, recognizing both academic excellence and commitment to service.
After graduating, I relocated to San Francisco to begin my next chapter. I continue to be deeply passionate about the arts and remain committed to creative work that reflects my values, curiosity, and love for visual storytelling.
